The main difference lies in who your tenant will be. In the rental management service, the tenant is the person selected through the screening process.

However, with the Siroco Premium Service, We are your tenant!

The Siroco Premium Service is aimed at property owners looking for an extra level of security and peace of mind.

Since, in every respect, we are the ones responsible and legally accountable under the rental contract. Regardless of what happens with the final tenant, your rent is guaranteed on the 1st of each month.
